Exchange of Merchandise or Refunds

For a Refund
Call or email us for specific instructions.
Generally, we have a "no questions asked" policy.

Merchandise must be returned in "new" condition.

For an Exchange
If we made a mistake on the merchandise, we will pay for shipping of the exchanged merchandise.
If the customer made a mistake on measurements or changes their mind on the merchandise they want
the customer will be billed the shipping charge. Therefore, it is extremely important to make the correct measurement
on dog boots, harnesses or packs. We want the customer to be satisfied, but we can't absord shipping charges for
customers errors. If you need help, contact us. Any customized or modified merchandise is non-refundable.
