You understand that there is a one (1) week cancellation policy.That means actually speaking to one of us, not leaving a message via telephone or email. If you do not give sufficient notice before canceling, you will be obligated to pay the full amount of the clinic you registered for. This is due to the fact we would not have sufficient time to book another customer.

You are responsible for reading the training material before you arrive and providing the appropriate clothing and gear. (Expedition Outfitters will provide certain meals, tent, mat, sleeping bag, etc. - items noted on training clinic description web page).

Winter activities can be dangerous. Outdoor activities can be dangerous. Dog related activities can also be dangerous. All of the training clinics and events we offer have some inherent danger associated with them. Expedition Outfitters will do everything reasonable to insure your safety. However, if you are injured, you accept full responsibility and liability for your actions that led to your injury and hold Expedition Outfitters harmless from any subsequent action by you or your survivors. If you lose any of your gear or it is damaged, that is also your responsibility.
